We handmake all of our props and do not accept returns, all sales are final. With that we also want you to be satisfied customers and if there are problems with your items we are happy to discuss them vis email Tbrown@darkersideofhalloween.com

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
