At Reapers Harvest, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be granted. If you are unsatisfied with a purchase, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of your order date.

Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:

  • Items are received damaged or defective.
  • Orders are incorrect due to our error.
  • Items are returned in their original condition and packaging.

Please note that digital products, custom orders, and clearance items are non-refundable. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error on our part. Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
